Horrible experience. We bought a Magnolia the middle of June 2026, not even a month later it is dead. Plenty of water with the rains and our set watering system. So disappointed when we tried to talk to them about it and was shut down saying there was nothing they can do. It was about $1000+. Previous nursery's would have a 1yr warranty on something like this. Buyer Beware!

If i could give this nursery a zero star I would. We purchased a tree from this nursery for $425, including installation, trusting their expertise. Unfortunately, it died within a week, and a disease was clearly present from the start. When we approached them about it, they didn’t take responsibility or offer any support. We’re incredibly disappointed in both the quality of the tree and their lack of customer service. They kept saying it will bloom and flowers will come, well, it’s now been almost a year, and it’s still just a sad stick in the yard. They refused to exchange it or offer anything to make it right. It’s been a frustrating and costly experience.

I was a customer for over a decade until now. Back then, I would buy a lot of sod. I understand their management may have changed since, but it's like they don't want to do business... I've called on a few occasions in the past to inquire about their sod, because I even saw they had it sitting in a pile right outside their store at one point. For whatever reason, they keep telling me they don't carry sod or grass at all. Not sure what's going on, but I ended up going elsewhere, and absolutely zero regrets. Jutty's nursery normally had weeds anyway, so they actually did me a favor in that regard. High recommend going anywhere else.

Awesome selection and prices. Easy to find what you need without walking for miles. Good selection of mature plants and young trees if you want a head start.

I had an excellent experience at this garden nursery, especially thanks to one particular associate who truly went above and beyond. Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offering thoughtful recommendations. His friendly attitude and genuine passion for plants made the whole visit enjoyable and stress-free. It's rare to receive such personalized service, and it definitely made a lasting impression . I'll absolutely be back!
